BSS Ltd operates for tender and quoted works throughout the UK such as commercial building contractors, refurbishment, shopfitting or specialist projects. Our contract works area of coverage is subject to agreement and the requirements of clients but generally our operational areas include Greater London, the M4 belt and the South West.
We offer tender advice and will negotiate Contract Terms ensuring the minimum of contract liability. Experienced with all Standard Forms of Building Contract our Surveyors carry out site surveys and inspections ensuring correct pricing, accurate specification compliance and timely works progression. We will complete Valuations, Variations and Applications maintaining sub contractor, supplier and client accounts ensuring project cash flow through to final account negotiations and agreements.
